In other circumstances, we process personal information on behalf of our Customers in connection with their use of the Services. When we process information on behalf of a Customer, that Customer is responsible for determining how the information is collected and used, subject to applicable law and our agreements with the Customer.
This Privacy Policy also explains the choices and rights that may be available to you regarding your personal information. Your use of the Services is also subject to our Terms of Use.

When payments are made through the Services, we may collect or receive information relating to the transaction, such as the payer’s name and contact information, transaction amount, date, payment status, payment method type, transaction identifiers, refunds, disputes, and related records.
Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment processors. Masjid Solutions does not necessarily receive or store all financial information provided directly to those payment processors, such as complete payment card or bank account details.
When you communicate with Masjid Solutions or communicate through features of the Services, we may collect information such as your contact information, the content of your communication, support requests, and related records.

Organizations using Masjid Solutions may use the Services to send communications to their members, donors, parents or guardians, students, teachers, employees, volunteers, event participants, and other individuals.
The Customer sending the communication is responsible for determining the recipients, content, and purpose of its communications and for obtaining any consent or authorization required by applicable law.
Masjid Solutions acts as a technology service provider in facilitating these communications and does not determine the content or recipients of communications sent by our Customers.
We may send you administrative or service-related communications concerning your account or use of the Services, including security notices, transaction information, account notifications, support communications, and important changes to the Services.
Where permitted by law, we may also send marketing or promotional communications from Masjid Solutions. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe instructions included in those messages.

Third-party services may collect, use, and process information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. Masjid Solutions is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties.

Following termination or expiration of a Customer’s account, Masjid Solutions may retain Customer Data for a limited period to allow for account administration, data recovery, legal compliance, backup processes, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business purposes. Information may also remain in backups for a period of time before being deleted or overwritten in accordance with our backup and retention practices.
We may retain certain information for longer periods when required or permitted by applicable law, including transaction, financial, security, audit, and compliance records.

When Masjid Solutions processes student information on behalf of a school or other Customer, the Customer is responsible for determining what information is collected and how it is used and for obtaining any parental consent or other authorization required by applicable law.
Masjid Solutions processes such information to provide the Services to the Customer and in accordance with our agreements with the Customer, this Privacy Policy, and applicable law.
Parents or guardians who wish to access, correct, or request deletion of information maintained about their child by a school or other Customer should generally contact that organization directly. Because the Customer controls the applicable records, Masjid Solutions may refer such requests to the Customer and will reasonably assist the Customer as required by applicable law and our agreements.
Masjid Solutions does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children for Masjid Solutions’ own marketing or commercial purposes without appropriate authorization.
